The Healthy for Life team offer a broad range of services to support the local community including full ante natal, maternal and child health and chronic disease support.

The dietitian provides initial consultation, dietary assessments, education, planning and review for clients. Health promotional activities for schools, pre-schools and community groups.
ANC is provided under the Healthy for Life program with staff attending the community ante natal clinic weekly and supporting local G.P.'s at WACHS. Transport and support is offered to WACHS clients to attend the weekly ante natal clinic and any follow up as necessary.
Health checks are provided to both adults and children and are commenced by staff with the G.P. completing this assessment. Health Checks are conducted not only in the centre but as an outreach service for schools, preschools and at promotion activities.
This position provides direct patient contact and clinical support in the area of Maternal and Child Health two days a week. The service provides immunisation, dental advice, developmental and maternal screening, and advice on parenting, settling and behavioural management.
WACHS clients are provided with services to support chronic disease. Preventative strategies are utilized including annual health checks/assessments to review their chronic disease but also to monitor their progress.
Youth activities are supported with community programs delivered in conjunction with local organisations. Visiting sexual health team provide regular clinics.
